don't want to be a clogger

Bit of a wait between blogs. I was reading a blog about blogging where the author called people who blog for a couple of days then stop "clogger's" as they clog up blog space with their debree and it got me thinking that I should really start blogging again. So here goes.

Christmas was really good this year full of family and friends, much like the Christmases I remember from my childhood. Which makes me glad 'cause now my neice Kaila and my two new cousins Joela nd Lily can experience the magic I felt each Christmas in Toowoomba. The whole family would get together and eat and play it was great and something that we seemed to have lost as the children grew older. With the new generation we have the fun back which is great.

The little ones are so cute and sooo smart. My favourite Kaila saying was when she turned to my Mum and said "Poppy is no ballerina" for no aparent reason. Sure my Dad is a large man (picture viking warrior, or scotish highlander) so his fitness as a ballerina was not in question, but the way she said it, as if this was his secret wish was hilarious.

Joel ans Lily are simularly funny in their little observations of the world. This childlike glee in figuring out the world is a marvel to watch.
